In London, Walpole Press issued a printing at some unknown date.

Published at some point in the 1930s under Panurge Press, this edition having 285 pages, limited edition of 2010 copies

Also in the 1930s Robin Hood House published an edition, having 285 pages

   
The Falstaff edition contains xiii and 447 pages, multiple printing runs of 500 with different boards and limited edition plates
   (some gold others silver) on the inside front board. Initial editions printed at some time before 1933. See details below.

Two decades later, Avon Books of New York in 1951 produced a 308 page paperback
Second printing of Avon Books edition in 1952

1969 was the year Collectors Publications came out with their 305 page from California

In June 2001, from North Carolina, Alexander Books issues a hardbound limited edition for The Resnick's Library of African Adventure series with
a paperback soon following.  

Currently, there are several "Print on Demand" services available for the Alexander edition.
